Before hair transplantation, you must tell us about all the health problems you suffer from and the medications you use. If you suffer from any disease, you must consult your doctor before proceeding with hair transplantation and obtain his approval in this regard.
After your doctor allows you to undergo a hair transplant, you must stop using aspirin or any medications that increase blood fluidity three days before the operation.
Before your hair transplant procedure, it is important not to shave your beard for three days prior to the procedure. Additionally, please avoid cutting your hair for at least two weeks. Following these guidelines will help ensure the best possible results and make the transplant procedure easier for the medical team to perform effectively.
Alcohol and drugs, because they affect the effectiveness of the local anesthesia given to you before the operation, and if not two days before the operation, then at least one day before the operation. Smoking, because it reduces blood flow to the scalp, and causes constriction of blood vessels, which affects hair growth; therefore, you must avoid smoking one day before the operation, and after the operation you must also avoid it for a week.
What should you wear on the day of the procedure? We recommend that you come to the procedure wearing a button-down shirt or a blouse with a wide collar, or in general wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. After the procedure, you should avoid touching the transplanted area. The procedure takes about 6 hours and this time varies depending on the number of grafts to be transplanted
You should come to the procedure having had a light breakfast. Take care of your personal hygiene before coming to the procedure. Come to the procedure having had enough sleep.
No companions are taken with the patient to the procedure. Companions are accommodated in our waiting room. Please be careful not to chew gum, talk too much or use your phone during the procedure.
